Turned to CaterKwik after another supplier "no stocked" two major items only after delivery shortage was challenged. CaterKwik were excellent all through the transactions. Email advise of delivery at least 1 day before and telephone call from driver before leaving his previous drop. Driver was cheerful and outgoing.Good service from start to finish.
They gave great service and quickly dealt with any supply problems that were not of their making.
Have not received the item as yet but the order process and feedback have been first class.

Great service form caterkwik, not so from the haulage company delivering, only notice was when outside premises, which with a 180kg pallet was tough to organise help to get inside premises
Bought all new catering kit from CaterKwik when launching my business. Equipment delivered late, some of it severely damaged and caused business launch to be delayed. Some equipment started to fail after 12 months. Despite 2 year warranties engineers attended and issued ridiculous labour costs. Equipment still not functioning. After delay in paying invoice, received letter threatening to liquidate my business!!!! Great attitude from a catering equipment business towards the hospitality industry in the middle of a pandemic??? Give this company a miss.... totally unreliable!!!!

Ordered without any hassle and the item was in stock and dispatched within a matter of days. I found the on line chat helpful too. I’ve had problems with other suppliers who didn’t actually have stock but caterkwik actually did. Would definitely use again
